Here I would like to introduce myself as an artist. In my creative process I see myself as a conduit between my Soul and my art works, allowing it to express itself freely. Each painting emerges and flows intuitively, led by a feeling. My works tend to resonate with sensitive, inwardly attuned people, who appreciate simplicity, imagination and inner stillness. I prefer to under-state, expressing more with less… It is my hope and intention that my paintings emanate a sense of peace, harmony and quiet joy.

Artist Bio.

Aloel was born in a beautiful Latvian resort town. Her earliest memories include drawing on the white doors of her family’s apartment, as well as seeing shapes of faces, human figures and animals in random patterns, water stains and clouds - everywhere she looked. She spent much of her early years painting with oils and sketching with charcoal, though she never attended an art school. Instead her path led her into healing - first as a medical doctor, and later as a naturopathic doctor in Canada.

Following an early retirement, Aloel delved wholeheartedly into the visual art.

Her hope is that her paintings speak directly to the heart and soul through harmonious, high frequency color and form, as they are grounded in a deep understanding of the human organism on many levels.

Aloel lives and creates in her small eco home in the Bulgarian wilderness. Peace, oak trees, birds and mountain views  create a space of quiet contemplation and intimate connection with the natural world.
